Worksheet¶

A worksheet is an illustration created by a teacher for a student/classroom or school. Content library also provides library level worksheets that can be created by the library admins.

The LMS platform provides a canvas drawing ui in which complex illustrations can be created as composition of simple shapes and materials i.e., flashcards. It provides standard drawing functionalities like group selection, duplication, drag, drop and pan features.

Student Worksheet¶

A student worksheet is created at goal for an active IEP. It is created by teacher and is exclusive to this student. This worksheet can later be shared/duplicated to another student by the teacher.

Classroom Worksheet¶

A classroom worksheet is created by classroom staff and is available to every student in that classroom. A classroom worksheet can shared/duplicated to school level if necessary.

School Worksheet¶

A school worksheet is created by school staff and is available to all students across all classrooms.

Library Worksheet¶

A library worksheet comes as part of library content and is available to all participating schools.

Entity Attributes¶

Following attributes define a worksheet.

title: title of the worksheet.
description: description of the worksheet.
content: json content of the worksheet, this is the frontend canvas object serialized into json.

Entity Relationships¶

goal: Goal to which worksheet belongs to.
iep: Student IEP to which worksheet belongs to.
duplicated_from: Worksheet from which this worksheet is duplicated.
materials: Materials that are available for this worksheet.
created_by: The staff who created this worksheet.
school: School to which worksheet belongs to. This is not relavent for library level worksheets
