Student¶
A student entity captures all details of a student. When a student profile is created in the system, all the details of their relationships like father, mother, guardian etc are also captured.
During IEP preparation, as needed a teacher may customize library content to match student's needs. For example a teacher may decide to customize the title of the subgoal in the students IEP appropriate for the student. Also, sometimes a teacher might actually add new subgoals specifically for a student.
A student has only one active classroom they are assigned to. They may have historical classrooms which they have attended preiovusly, but there is always only one active classroom.
The classroom teacher is responsible for taking daily attendance of the student. When not explicitly marked "absent" for a particular working day, the attedance of the student is considered as "present".
Time to time, reports are created for student by their classroom teachers to assess the progress of the student. These reports are also shared with guardians of the student.
