Introduction

Access management provides ability for a logged in user of the platform to access different features. Access management at its core comprises of three entities, user, profile and access. A combination of these entities define access to the platform.

Below diagram illustrates the relationship between these entities.

Same user/person can have following access to the system.

  • Via Library Profile, can gan access as admin of content library
  • Via School Profile
    • Can gain access as supervisor of a classroom
    • Can gain access as teacher in another classroom
    • Can gain access as administrator of the school
  • Via License Profile
  • Can gain access as owner of the digital curriculum
